PUBG Mobile Global Open (PMGO) 2024 Qualifiers Registration Dates

Registration for the PUBG Mobile Global Open (PMGO) 2024 Qualifiers has started on February 19 and will continue till March 1. Players can register their teams through the official PUBG Mobile Esports website. All registered teams will compete in the preliminary stage from March 4 to 10, with the top 32 teams advancing to the qualifier finals.

Apart from this, all the matches will be played on the South American server.

PUBG Mobile Global Open is an international e-sports tournament that features many famous teams in the later stages. This major competition has a prize pool of $500,000. Tencent will host the Global Open in three different stages: Qualifiers, Prelims, and Main Event.

PUBG Mobile Global Open (PMGO) 2024 Format for Qualifiers

The qualifiers will be held in two rounds from March 4 to 30. The preliminary round will decide the top 32 teams for the next round. All qualified teams will advance to an event in São Paulo, Brazil for a second round, known as the Qualifier Finals. In this round, each participant will receive $2000. The winning team will get tickets to the PUBG Mobile Global Open Main Event.

Some of the top teams from the Qualifier Finals and some invited clubs will compete in the Prelims to be held from 1 to 3 April. The top eight teams from this stage will advance to the PUBG Mobile Global Open Main Event. S2G, Alpha 7, and IHC Esports have already been granted seats in the main event, while four other teams will be selected from the regional tournament.

The inaugural edition of PUBG Mobile Global Open will be held in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The best PUBG Mobile teams from around the world will try to win the first major title of 2024.


PMGO Qualifiers Rules for Registration

Here are the minimum requirements to register for the Global Open 2024 Qualifier:-

  • The roster is finalized upon submission of registration. No changes can be made during the tournament.
  • The team roster should consist of 5 to 6 players including 4 starters and 1 to 2 substitute players.
  • All players must be ranked Gold or above for this or the previous season.
  • The tournament start date must require individuals to be 16 years of age or older and the rating authorities and mobile-level rating system must be in place.
  • Players who are aged 16 or over (as of the tournament start date) but under the legal age of play in their country of residence may participate with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
  • All matches will be played on the South America server.
  • If participants qualify and cover their expenses during the Qualifier Finals, they should be able to travel to the offline portion of the event (28-30 March) in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Failure to secure a visa or other travel documents on time may result in their slot being forfeited.
  • Teams that receive tickets to the Offline Qualifier Finals and complete the competition will receive a $2,000 participation prize at the end of the tournament. Taxes and fees may apply. The accommodation for the teams that advance to the Prelims and Main Event will be arranged by the organizer.
  • If a team receiving a ticket for the Offline Qualifier Final is not able to confirm their travel and/or attendance by March 18, 2024, they will lose their place, and the next team according to rank will be invited.
