After the victory of the Haryana Steelers, Puneri Paltan has moved closer to the top position in the Pro Kabaddi 2024 points table. Paltan now has 91 points and one league match left.
Despite resting some of their star players, Puneri Paltan managed to beat Haryana Steelers 51-36 on home soil. Akash Shinde stole the match eight points for Paltan. For the Steelers, Ashish scored 10 points, but their effort ended in defeat.

After the defeat, Haryana Steelers are placed fifth in the Pro Kabaddi 2024 points table. And now they have 70 points and their last league match will be against Bengaluru Bulls on 21st February.

Thanks to Puneri Paltan’s win against Haryana Steelers, Dabang Delhi KC is now confirmed at the third position in the standings. This means that Delhi will face sixth-placed Patna Pirates in the first eliminator match of the season on February 26.

Gujarat Giants vs Haryana Steelers will be the second eliminator match. If Haryana beats Bengaluru Bulls then they still have a chance to finish fourth, but the result of that game will not change their opponent in the playoffs.
